REV X Helps Brit Lilly & Travis Pastrana to Victory in Sarasota

This weekend the Rev X Products – LSB Hurricane of Awesomeness visited the shores and white sandy beaches of Sarasota, FL, for the P1 Offshore Racing 36th Annual Sarasota Powerboat Grand Prix.  The team from Lilly Sports Boats was excited to continue the momentum after a victory in the previous event at Cocoa Beach.  However, this event would have normal throttle man Kevin Smith and driver Brit Lilly split due to having two boats in different classes racing simultaneously.  In place of Kevin, Brit’s longtime friend Travis Pastrana would be manning the throttles instead.

When you’re talking about greatness in offshore powerboat racing, Brit Lilly & Kevin Smith are about as good as it gets in the world of offshore powerboat racing.  So to say that Pastrana, who has competed in and won in almost all motorsports disciplines, had big shoes to fill may sound a little odd.  However, once the adrenaline kicked in and the competition started, Brit would team up with Travis to capture the team’s second straight victory.  Watch the video below for a complete recap from Brit and Travis.
